| All those who are keen on cider, authentic “Cabrales” cheese and, in general, all the pleasures that Asturias cooking offers, can go to Restaurant Florence in Hotel “Miguel Angel”, where a gastronomic congress is taking place in honour to this autonomous region. Three of the most famous Asturias restaurant – “Casa Fermin”, “Marchica” and “Casa Consuelo” – have come to Madrid with all their equipment and raw materials to offer along the week a series of menus, such as the very famous “Fabada”, the “Monkfish in sea urchin sauce” or the “Roast lamb”, The sweet touch will be given by the “Casadielles” (fried patties stuffed with walnuts and honey) and the ineffable “Rice pudding”. |
|
| With the purest Asturias tradition, at your arrival, a cider waiter will serve you the classic “culines” (small amounts of cider poured in a large thin glass) together with varied canapés as a starter, and the diner will be brighten up with folklore of the region played by the group “Orbayo” (morning dew). |
