| It was his friend Victor Manuel’s fault, a militant Asturias. The singer asked the actor: “Do you want me to take you to the best restaurant in the world?”. -“Yes”- said Imanol. So they travelled to Asturias. There, in Otur, very close to Luarca, lies “Casa Consuelo”, fixed station in the best gastronomic route. Victor surprise Imanol by ordering a delicious dish of sea urchins. Since then, the actor from León has become very keen on this delicacy and when he cannot come to Asturias, he cooks them himself as home. |
